Announcement Regarding Vocatone Operations and the Maghni Indiegogo Campaign

Thank you for your continued patience and support. We apologize for the delay in providing this update.

Vocatone will be minimizing its operations, and Vocatone President Austin has stepped down to focus on fulfilling all remaining obligations related to the shipment of Maghni Indiegogo backer rewards. We are still currently engaged in internal discussions regarding our leadership going forward.

As part of this transition, we will provide updated scheduling information regarding reward fulfillment.

Regarding Refund Requests

Vocatone is not the creator of the Maghni Indiegogo campaign and did not receive any campaign funds. Our responsibility is limited to the fulfillment and shipment of backer rewards.

If you wish to request a refund, you may either contact the Indiegogo campaign creator, Natalia Shmueli, directly through the campaign page, or follow the appropriate steps detailed in IndieGogo’s Terms of Service.

Please note that following the reorganization of Natalia’s company, Misbah Studios LLC now operates under both Misbah Studios and Crescendia.

If you choose to follow IndieGogo’s Terms of Service for a refund, you may find Misbah and Crescendia’s business control number by searching for their names on any business entity search form.

Vocatone will archive all refund requests submitted through our refund request form. If you submit a refund request through our form, your reward package will be securely stored. Should you later change your mind and decide to cancel your refund request, you may still receive your shipment after 2027.

Shipment Schedule

Reward shipments will resume on August 7 and continue until completion in December.

Shipment updates will indicate the reward tiers currently being fulfilled, along with the next five weeks of scheduled shipments, allowing backers to estimate when their rewards will be dispatched. Shipments will begin with the smaller reward tiers.
